Return Policy for Standard Products:

Returns must be requested via e-mail (sales@colorhq.com) within 30 days of shipment.
New product returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus shipping charges.  Item must not be used and must be in original unopened packaging.  All returns are subject to inspection.  Open products may be returned within 30 days of shipment and are subject to a 35% restocking charge from the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and any replacement of packaging.  Spare parts (i.e. florescent bulbs) may not be returned.  Opened consumables (Ink, Paper, etc) may not be returned.

10 Day Return Policy on specific Eye-One and Pulse Products:

Selected items on our site will be clearly marked as having a 10 day return policy. These items are backed with our 10 day money back promise of satisfaction. Simply call us at 1-800-568-6993 within 10 days of delivery and we will arrange for the product to be returned.

Note: Items must be returned in NEW condition with the original packaging and all accessories. If a quantity greater than 1 is purchased by the customer, then only 1 opened item will be eligible for this offer.

Items currently qualified for this program include: Eye One Design, Photo, Photo SG, Proof, XT, and Eye-One I/O, Pulse Color Elite Series.
 

Return Policy for Custom Products and Services:

Returns must be requested in writing within 30 days of shipment. Custom items will be repaired or replaced at colorHQ's sole discretion.

Trade In Offers:

Trade in offers will require the customer to send their original product to The Board Room Inc. before we can ship out the new product.

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, The Board Room Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Boardroom Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Board Room Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Special Offers and Pricing:

The Board Room Inc. reserves the right to rescind Special offers at any time.  It is possible that these pages may reflect offers that are no longer available.  Customers purchasing product after the offer has been rescinded will be issued a full credit providing that the product is returned unopened.

Special "limited time" offers may not be extended to other dealers or distributors.  During the sale purchases will be limited to 1 item per customer
