You interact
with our team via telephone, e-mail, fax, or webex for live assistance directly
on your system. For one low annual fee (discounted 3 year contracts are
available) our staff promptly helps resolve any issues with the following GMG

Friday from 9am to 5pm eastern time, except official holidays in
Massachusetts
